Prior to founding Packard Capital, Alex honed his skills in risk management at Lehman Brothers, where he later transitioned to work on their Real Estate Owned (REO) team at Hatfield and Philips, now TriMont, in the early 2000s. In 2005, he launched his own real estate development firm focused on large retail shopping centers and historic condominium renovations.
