David Dlugolenski, Jr. is the Managing Partner and Head of Strategy and Acquisitions for V12 Partners, a leading multi-faceted investment firm specializing in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and alternative assets.  David has overseen approximately $10 billion in investments across more than 200 transactions. His extensive track record of success has positioned V12 Partners as a trusted partner for institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, cementing the firm’s reputation for delivering exceptional results across diverse investment sectors.

At V12 Partners, David leads investment strategy, portfolio management, and acquisitions with a focus on long-term growth and value creation. As Head of Strategy and Acquisitions, he identifies high-impact opportunities, drives strategic acquisitions, and ensures alignment with the firm’s risk profile and objectives. With extensive private equity experience, David oversees due diligence, negotiates complex transactions, and fosters innovation and integrity in all decisions. His expertise in finance, market analysis, and deal execution, combined with strong leadership, enables the team to consistently deliver exceptional results and build lasting relationships with investors and portfolio companies.

Prior to founding V12 Partners, David was the co-founder and former co-Managing Partner of SageStone Partners, where he focused on traditional private equity investments and direct real estate investments and development.

David has also held senior leadership roles at Société Générale and Ernst & Young LLP, where he gained expertise in capital raising, investment banking and advisory, capital markets, and business strategy & development. He holds a BS in Accounting with a focus on Finance from the University of Connecticut.

David resides in Milton, Georgia with his wife and their three children.
