Lawrence is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for V12 Partners, a leading multi-faceted investment firm specializing in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and alternative assets.

Lawrence counseled clients on business strategy and risk, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and management and consulting arrangements.

As an entrepreneur, Lawrence co-founded two companies, an award-winning residential real estate development and construction company, and a web-based mobile marketing and text messaging service, which he sold in 2014. He also recently completed 6 years of service on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy, the last two as Board Chair.
